APEC HAUS (Conrad Gargett)
* The Hon. Peter O’Neill CMG MP, Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea (PNG), approached Jim Fitzpatrick Architects (Design Architect and Design Director) in October 2016 to design APEC Haus, an iconic building specifically for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit meetings to be held in Port Moresby in November 2018. Conrad Gargett were successful at tender to support JFA in delivering the project through documentation. Many Interior Design components of this project were under the direction of Jane McConnell while previously working at Conrad Gargett in the position of Principal.
APEC Haus is being project managed by Oil Search Ltd under the Infrastructure Tax Credit Scheme (TCS) for the National Capital District Commission on behalf of the Government of Papua New Guinea.
